Oasis Psychiatry is currently accepting new patients, with appointment requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis. New patient requests may take up to a week to process, and submitting multiple requests may cause delays. To begin, complete the intake form, ensuring all required fields, including insurance details, are filled out. Once submitted, a provider will review your request. If approved, you will receive two emails—one with new patient forms via Tebra and another with instructions to set up your patient portal. All forms must be completed before scheduling. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will notify you via email or phone. For follow-up appointments, existing patients can book via Tebra, call during phone hours, or access the patient portal. If you do not hear from us within 3-4 days after form submission, please reach out for assistance. We appreciate your patience and look forward to supporting your mental health journey.
